EYE PILLOW

Handmade weighted lavender eye pillow with removable cover.

Each pillow features an inner pouch made from unbleached cotton and filled with organic flaxseed (also known as linseed) and dried lavender. It also features a removable and washable cotton cover.

Perfect for calming and soothing your eyes, for relaxing self care and as part of Savasana (the end of a yoga session).

The weight of the eye pillow mainly works by applying light pressure on the eye balls which lowers the heart rate and promotes deep relaxation and calmness. The pillow can be gently heated in the microwave or put in the freezer briefly for cold therapy use.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

INNER POUCH CAN BE HEATED IN 10 SECOND INCREMENTS IN THE MICROWAVE.

FOR COLD THERAPY, PLACE IN THE FREEZER FOR 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO USE.

SLIP COVER CAN BE REMOVED AND MACHINE WASHED AT 30 DEGREES. TUMBLE DRY LOW OR LINE DRY.

DO NOT WASH INNER POUCH!
